My passion for Diversity & Inclusion, Gender Equality and Social Impact have led me to launch and manage employee networks for women in technology and business in multiple organisations and run a bursary for girls from disadvantaged backgrounds pursuing STEM degrees at the undergraduate level. I have an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School in which my dissertation focussed on how organisations can undertake responsible innovation using AI within the financial services industry, enabling me to further explore responsible business and define a framework that firms can adopt.
